Turquoise Spa is an oasis of indulgence where your personal serenity is our top priority. To insure our guests experience is as stellar as their results, please take a moment to review our policies and procedures that allow us to guarantee superb service consistently.

Turquoise Appointments
We are looking forward to pampering you, please schedule services at Turquoise, by calling us at 203.319.1900 to reserve an appointment. All appointments are secured with a credit card. The Turquoise Spa experience begins with personally scheduled appointments, please feel free ask questions, clarify treatments and/or note any particular requests at this time. Appointments may not be made, changed or canceled online.

Gems
Turquoise Spa accepts the gem of your choice. For your convenience, all major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and American Express Travelers Cheques as well as cash, money orders and Turquoise Spa gift certificates. It is Spa policy to not accept personal checks.

Gratuities
Turquoise Spa maintains the highest service standards and hopes that you treasure your experience; tipping your therapist/aesthetician is much appreciated and lets them know their service was a gem! The industry standard for gratuity is 15%-20%, the amount though is of course at your discretion. Gratuities though typically paid in cash directly to your therapist, may also be added to your credit card when you pay for your service.

Time of Turquoise
Turquoise Spa respectfully requests that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time giving us the opportunity to insure your maximum service.

Therapists
All Turquoise Spa therapists are Connecticut State licensed and trained at Turquoise Spa in our signature Therapies. Both male and female therapists are employed at Turquoise Spa when you schedule your appointment, please indicate if you have a preference.

Gems of Courtesy
Turquoise Spa therapists are devoted to your service, designated exclusively to you throughout your appointment. Should your schedule prevent you from arriving on time, you may elect to shorten your existing appointment or we would be happy to try to reschedule your appointment for a later time, there is however a 50% cancellation fee.

Turquoise Cancellations
Two days prior to your appointment, we will confirm with you via telephone. Should you be swept away by a crazed schedule, we understand and will look forward to pampering you at another time. To reschedule your service, we request the courtesy of 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.

Aqua Treats
For the time between your appointments, Turquoise Spa has selected a vast selection of the world’s finest skin care products to treat and pamper your skin; we encourage you to bring a piece of Turquoise home with you. Aqua Treats are a final sale and are not subject refunds.

Services
Turquoise Spa is more than happy to exchange your services but is not able to offer refunds. The purchase of any Turquoise Cluster requires payment in full at the start of the services. Should you not be able to complete your series, Turquoise Spa is more than happy to offer you a Turquoise gift certificate for the outstanding balance of your Cluster. Spa gift certificates are valid for one year subsequent to the date of issue.

Cell Phones
Turquoise Spa aspires to create a tranquil sanctuary of bliss. During your time with us, we want you to escape outside distractions and respectfully request that your cell phone but turned off.
